Company Fire Training & Emergency Drill
To effectively strengthen all employees' awareness of fire safety, build a solid first line of defense for safe production, and comprehensively enhance their emergency response, self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities when facing a fire, our company carefully organized a full-staff fire safety knowledge training and practical drill recently. All employees from various departments participated in the activity with full devotion, creating a strong atmosphere of safety learning throughout the company. For this event, we specially invited professional fire instructors with more than ten years of front-line fire rescue experience to give on-site lectures, and the training content was closely tailored to the daily production scenarios of the enterprise, such as workshops and office areas.
The training not only systematically covered core theoretical knowledge including key points of fire prevention, the golden rules for extinguishing initial fires, and standard operating procedures for fire extinguishers and hydrants, but also explained in depth practical content such as fire escape route planning, protection essentials in smoke-filled environments, methods for guiding personnel evacuation, and preliminary first aid for the injured, all combined with real fire cases to enhance persuasiveness. In the practical drill session, employees participated in groups by department. Under the on-site demonstration and guidance of the instructors, they successively completed key projects such as practical fire extinguishing with fire extinguishers, evacuation drills in simulated smoke environments, and quick water discharge operations with fire hydrants.
Everyone strictly followed the operation standards, polished their action essentials repeatedly, and calmly responded to unexpected situations such as "sudden fire intensification" and "blocked escape routes" set in the drill. This training and drill not only enabled employees to master the operation skills of various fire-fighting equipment proficiently, but also strengthened the safety responsibility awareness of all staff at the ideological root, effectively filled the gaps in safety skills, and further consolidated the solid foundation for the company's safe production.
